Activity leader in technology transfer of ‘Swing technology for essential oil/oleoresin manufacture from fresh/dry spices’. Technology had been transferred to 3 major companies (M/s Synthite Industrial Chemicals, M/s Plant Lipids Cochin& M/s Prudent Natural Products Hyderabad).The technology has won the CSIR process Technology Award 2005.

Commissioning of processing plants

  • Erection and commissioning of 3 Nos of 7.5 TPD fresh ginger processing plant and one 20 TPD chilli processing plant in various states of India
