Dr. Venkatesh R acquired Post-Doctoral Research in Food Science and Nutrition from University of Agricultural Sciences, Gandhi Krishi Vignana Kendra (GKVK), Bengaluru. and he completed Ph. D in Sugar Technology and MSc in Food Science and Nutrition from University of Mysore. Possess around 8 years of research experience in the area of Food Science and Nutrition. He has published several research articles in UGC Recognised peer-reviewed national and international journals, and presented papers in various conferences. His current research interest is Product formulation, Probiotics and Prebiotics, Sensory evaluation, Nutrient digestibility and bioavailability, Functional properties of foods and Nutri-garden. Further, he is also interested in Clinical nutrition-disease specific and immune enhancing enteral formulations, functional foods, clinical trials.
